Cancellation Refund Policy

PACKAGE TOUR
The Cancellation Policy is as follows :
* Full cancellation charge shall be applied for any cancellation made after booking finalization
- When the group is cancelled 15 days before based on arrival date : 100% refund
- When the group is cancelled 14~08 days before based on arrival date : 80% refund
- When the group is cancelled 07~02 days before based on arrival date : 50% refund
- When the group is cancelled 01 day before based on arrival date or after arrival date : No refund
On the tour day, If you are a no-show, miss the bus, for some other reason fail to participate in the tour due to no fault of Sky Tour Service, you get NO refund, NO credit & NO tour.
If a part of tour schedule is cancelled by unexpected condition of the tour place, No refund
The reason why we have these guidelines is because organizing trips, hiring buses and the likes can be expensive, and if people don’t turn up without paying, it can cost additional expenses to overall cost of the trip. Thus, we can guarantee seats by depositing the money into the bank account or by holding credit card.
If you want to join the tour, please make a reservation at least 7 business days prior to the desired tour date.

DAY TOUR, TRANSPORTATION

2 working days before the Reserved Day : 100% Refund
1 working days bofre the Resered date or Less : Non- refundable
**If you would like to cancel / reschedule your reservation, Please check the availablity with us at least 2 working days before the original reserved date (No later then 11:59 pm KST)
Working day is based on our operation hours on weekdays (MON~FRI 08:30~17:00)
On the tour day, If you are a no-show, miss the bus, or for some other reason fail to participate in the tour do to no fault of Sky Tour Service, you get NO refund, NO credit & NO tour.
